ABOUT EMFS

History

Edinburgh Metropolitan is a community based Events organisation founded by Farah Al Zadjaly and Tayo.

Farah has a known background within fashion blogging with FAZ fashion diary. Tayo is the founder of Suarve – a club night held at the newsroom on a Friday night.

The founders came up with a unique idea to come together and create ‘Edinburgh Metropolitan fashion show’ also known as EMFS.

Aims and objectives

Edinburgh Metropolitan Fashion Show aims to create shows within Edinburgh and bring the community together. These events can be fashion shows and events such as parties.

EMFS brings together designers, boutiques and different brands for a fashion show with different themes. These shows give a platform for designers as well as show consumers the variety of options available from the UK.

Team

Edinburgh Metropolitan Fashion Show has been involved in a number of fashion shows within the last 12 months. The brand is recognised within Edinburgh, the team of individuals behind the EMFS scene has rapidly grown.
